Del Lago Home Care hires and trains some of the most dedicated and qualified caregivers in Phoenix and surrounding areas. Our team provides personalized in-home support including companionship, transportation, errands, medication reminders, meal preparation, housekeeping, grooming, mobility help, and safety monitoring. Services are customized to each client and available hourly, overnight, or 24/7.
Every caregiver is a Del Lago employee, not a contractor. They undergo national and state background checks, skills evaluations, professional interviews, and comprehensive orientation. We hire only individuals who demonstrate warmth, reliability, and a genuine commitment to senior care. Many caregivers have specialized experience in Alzheimer’s and dementia support.
Our caregivers also receive advanced training through the Certified Companion Aide (CCA®) and Certified Hospice Companion Aide (CHCA®) programs – exclusive certifications that elevate their skill, professionalism, and preparedness for complex home care situations, including end-of-life support.
